Thank you to everyone who worked at the meets! We can't do it without you!

On Thursday, we have a dual meet at Grand Ledge. The bus leaves at 4:15 PM. The meet starts at 6:00 PM.

Coaches will be at the MISCA Clinic this weekend. Enjoy the long weekend girls.

I find that the great thing in this world is not so much where we stand, as in what direction we are moving. - Oliver Wendell Holmes, SR.

The two best times to keep your mouth shut are when you're swimming and when you're angry.

Winners believe they can win. Winners believe they deserve to win.

What is defeat? Nothing but education, nothing but the first step to something better. - Wendell Phillips

How a person plays the game shows something of his character - how he or she loses shows all of it.

Temper is what gets most of us into trouble, but pride is what keeps us there.

A person can run away from his troubles just as easily as he can run away from his shadow.

The task ahead of us is never as great as the power behind us.

The longer you keep your temper the more it will improve.

When you go in search of honey you must expect to be stung by bees. - Joseph Joubert
